| Delivery Schedule Once your order has been confirmed by us and payment completed, your goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible. We aim to process and despatch all orders within 1 week of receipt this allows for various delays arising from printing procedures. Customers will be contacted if there order cannot be dealt with within this time frame. If for whatever reason the Goods which you have ordered are not available, we will inform you as soon as. Delivery times are not guaranteed. If delivery is delayed due to any cause beyond our reasonable control, we will contact you to make an alternative arrangement for delivery. It is important to remember many of the items we sell will not fit through a letterbox. It is common practice in these circumstances for the delivery company to leave a card of attempted delivery. | Returns Policy Cancellation of Orders and Returns In accordance with distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your Order for up to 7 days after the day of delivery. In order to cancel your Order, you must notify us by email or in writing to our contact address within this 7 day period. A refund of any monies paid by you to us for the Goods will be made within 7 days of your cancellation.
